I know I’m missing some features here.

Glad to see that you are so excited and somehow got an advanced copy of this video (I wonder how that happened, Nic)…As you point out we have been working extremely hard on this project for nearly a year with the goal of making not just the best CRM in our industry, but the best sales system available to insurance professionals.
One items that seems to have been missed in your list above, and one that I think most agents will be interested in is a fully loaded, custom branded website to aid in marketing efforts. The idea was to take all of the pre-built email and print marketing campaigns and have them drive clients and prospects to a website, branded to the individual agent, that would provide things like insurance basics, intermediate, and advanced concept overviews, video content, and quoting/lead generation/lead capture tools.
This would be used in conjunction with client tracking and demographics information to help DataRaptor automatically tag prospects for inclusion in other marketing campaigns and cross-sell initiatives based on what they read and click on in email or website visits. Ultimately this information along with pre-built scoring and segmenting algorithms will “serve up” prospects and clients for new sales opportunities. in essence, DataRaptor will create new leads from your existing client and lead data.
Over the next month or two we will continue to release additional information about DataRaptor and its capabilities. In the meantime, I would like to officially invite you to be one of our Beta Testers once we are ready to start that phase of the development process.
